While you earn your degree at KSU, there are many resources the Office of the Registrar provides. In this section, you can find information on certain polices, access to forms and requests, and learn how to stay on track with your course work for degree completion.

    Academic Standing Appeals

    The Academic Standing Appeals Committee will evaluate petitions for exemptions to academic regulations in the area of admissions, withdrawals, retention, dismissals, grade changes, graduation requirements, and other matters of academic standing.

    Course Program of Study (CPoS)

    Course Program of Study (CPoS) is the process that is run to identify courses within a student’s program of study. Courses that do not apply toward your program of study will be ineligible for federal financial aid.

    No-cost/ Low-cost Required Textbooks

    Some course sections may be designated as no-cost or low-cost. This means the required course materials exclusively consist of no-cost (open or free textbooks) or low-cost ($40 or less) course materials at the point of registration.
